PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is actually castor oil derived, white to pale yellow liquid, a helper ingredient that is used as a solubilizer to put oil based formula into water-based products. It solubilizes perfume oils, essential oils and other hydrophobic substances and also helps to form emulsions by reducing the surface tension of the substances to be emulsified. PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil is a non-ionic oil-in-water (O/W)  emulsifier and solubilizer and it contains excellent emollient, conditioning, solubilizing and co-emulsifying properties as it acts mildness, non-irritation and not toxic with high skin and eye compliance to formulations.
